KS3 ISLAMIC STUDIES
Sunnah is part of our Islamic Studies Programme. We aim to teach our pupils of the vast heritage that is known as the Sunnah. Pupils learn about different types of ahadith, classifications, criticism and its place in Islamic Law. Our pupils go on to memorise many ahadith and also put their teaching into practice in their own lives.
Fiqh is part of our Islamic Studies Programme. We aim to provide pupils with authentic Islamic knowledge and understanding; to train them on putting faith into practice so that they can grow with positive social, cultural and Islamic spirits. We also aim to equip our pupils with the skills they need to be fully engaged in British society, but at the same time understand, value and practice their faith by respecting the heritage that it is based on.
